WuWa 3.5 Phase 2: Suisui release time by server, her Energy Regen build, and Aemeath's rerun

WuWa 3.5 Phase 2: Suisui release time by server, her Energy Regen build, and Aemeath's rerun

Suisui went live on July 30, 2026 at 10:00 server time, on the Blessings From Dewy Wings convene. She is a limited 5-star Glacio Rectifier built as a healer, and her banner closes on August 19, 2026 at 11:59 server time. Aemeath reruns beside her on Take Flight in Spring across the same 20 days.

When Phase 2 opened, server by server

Kuro rotates convenes at 10:00 server time, on each server's own clock, not at a single global instant. No region rolled into July 31.

AsiaUTC+9July 30, 10:00

Converted to wall-clock time, that same rotation landed at these hours on July 30:

Both convenes close on August 19, 2026 at 11:59 server time. Version 3.5 opened on July 10, so the patch runs about 40 days and Phase 2 covers 20 of them, two days short of three weeks.

Phase switches take no maintenance. Only full version updates bring the servers down: 3.5 itself went live at 11:00 (UTC+8) on July 10 after roughly seven hours of downtime starting at 04:00.

One correction. An earlier version of this article gave the rotation as 19:59 server time, placed Asia at UTC+8 and America at UTC-7, and said some regions rolled over into July 31. All four points were wrong, and the numbers above replace them.

Who is on the two convenes

Blessings From Dewy Wings carries Suisui, a limited 5-star Glacio Rectifier. Take Flight in Spring carries Aemeath, a 5-star Fusion Sword main DPS on her first rerun since her debut in Version 3.1 Phase 1, which ran February 5 to February 26, 2026. Some pages list Aemeath as a 4-star: she is not, she is the 5-star on her own convene.

Both character convenes share the same three 4-star rate-ups: Baizhi (Glacio), Mortefi (Fusion) and Lumi (Electro).

The weapon convene, Absolute Pulsation, features Firstlight's Herald, a 5-star Rectifier for Suisui, and Everbright Polestar, a 5-star Sword for Aemeath. Its 4-star pool is Variation, Endless Collapse and Relativistic Jet.

Pity is unchanged: 80-pull hard pity on the limited character convene with a 50/50, and a guaranteed featured weapon on the weapon convene with no 50/50 to lose.

Aemeath, the 5-star Fusion Sword DPS whose first rerun shares Wuthering Waves 3.5 Phase 2 with Suisui's debut.

What Suisui does, and what she is not

Suisui is not the first Glacio Rectifier, and she is not the first Glacio Rectifier who heals. Baizhi has been a 4-star Glacio Rectifier healer since Version 1.0, and she is a rate-up 4-star on Suisui's own banner. Zhezhi is a 5-star Glacio Rectifier. The claim that holds is narrower: Suisui is the first limited 5-star Glacio Rectifier built as a healer.

Her design brief is the Negative Status team. Her Liberation opens a field called Ceaseless Landscape that raises the stack ceilings on elemental debuffs, and her Outro grants all-damage Amplification to every Resonator on the team.

She fights in two stances. Kuro's own showcase names them Water Fan Dance and Water Sleeves Dance; the English client renders them as a base Zephyr Stance and an enhanced Drizzle Stance, running on two resources, Cloud Breath and Floral Epistle.

Her healing scales off her own Max HP. Enrichment restores 627 plus 3.42% of her Max HP and can be granted once every 25 seconds, and Plume Step during Liberation restores 550 plus 2.71% of her Max HP.

In the lore she is the Director of the Zhaoming Commerce Guild, from a noble family of Mingting, and Yangyang's sister.

A frame from Kuro Games' official Resonator Combat Showcase for Suisui, showing her stance swap in combat.

Build her for Energy Regen first, not HP

The stat that carries her value is Energy Regen, not HP. Her team buff scales with ERR above 200%, gaining value for every 1% up to a 260% ceiling, worth up to 12% more damage dealt and up to 50% ATK for the team.

That flips the usual healer build order. Substat priority reads Energy Regen, then HP%, then flat HP, then Crit DMG, then Crit Rate. The 4-cost main stat is Healing Bonus or HP%.

Echoes go Song of Feathered Trace as a 5-piece, with Forbidden Bastion as the main echo.

Off her signature Firstlight's Herald, the fallback order is Stellar Symphony, then Variation as the budget 4-star, then Call of the Abyss. Anyone who pre-farmed pure HP% gear on the assumption that HP was the whole build has half the answer: the healing lands, the buff does not.

Firstlight's Herald, Suisui's signature 5-star Rectifier, featured on the Absolute Pulsation weapon convene.

Rover: Electro is the other half of the same patch

Version 3.5 also shipped Rover: Electro, the fourth Rover form after Spectro, Havoc and Aero. It unlocks free through the new story quests, and it plays as a support and sub-DPS that applies multiple negative statuses.

That is the same archetype Suisui was built to enable. A free unit that stacks debuffs and a paid unit whose Liberation raises debuff stack ceilings are one design push, not two unrelated releases.

The quests that unlock it are Chapter IV Act I, "The Wind Before the Storm", and Chapter IV Act II, "Xuanling Sings, Storm Quelled".

What else shipped with Version 3.5

The version is titled "Blade of Past Resounds, Lingering Dream Hymns".

Wuthering Waves launched on Xbox Series X|S on July 10, 2026, the same day 3.5 went live, free, on Game Pass. It is the biggest non-banner item in the patch and it went almost unreported next to the banner coverage.

The new region is Mengzhou: Land of Xuanfang, a Huanglong territory neighbouring Jinzhou. It brings a permanent regional system, Mingshen Notices, built around assigned tasks, case investigation and suspect arrests.

The rest of the 3.5 system list: per-character voiceover language selection, the Endstate Matrix S2 cycle (Adversity Vanguard), a reworked beginner experience, a Guidebook with direct domain access, Intel XeSS 3 Frame Generation, and a reduced install size.

What Phase 1 ran

Phase 1 covered July 10 to July 30 and headlined Yangyang: Xuanling, a 5-star Havoc Sword, with Azure Oath as her signature weapon.

Two reruns shared the phase: Lynae, with Spectrum Blaster, and Luuk Herssen, with Daybreaker's Spine.

The eight events, and which ones pay

Version 3.5 carries eight limited events plus the permanent Mingshen Notices.

Four of them have printed Phase 2 windows: Virtual Crisis: Quadrant Trials runs July 30 to August 19, In Search of Lost Jades July 30 to August 13, and Lollo Campaign: New Journey August 8 to August 19. Chord Cleansing runs August 12 to August 19, but it is a recurring mode rather than one of the eight.

There is exactly one exploration event, A Glimpse of Xuanfang, and exactly one log-in track, Gifts of Aftertune, which pays tides and no Astrite.

Gifts of Aftertune, the 7-day log-in track in Wuthering Waves Version 3.5, paying 5 Radiant Tides and 5 Lustrous Tides.

Lollo Campaign: New Journey, the daily-task event that returns for Wuthering Waves 3.5 Phase 2 from August 8.

Free pulls still on the table before August 19

Starpath Reverbs is the one to clear first: the selector runs the whole patch, from July 10 to August 19, and the first 10 pulls on it are free. The pool is Jiyan, Yinlin, Jinhsi, Changli, Zhezhi and Xiangli Yao.

Tideforge Reverbs is the weapon half, also patch-long, choosing between Verdant Summit, Stringmaster, Ages of Harvest, Blazing Brilliance, Rime-Draped Sprouts and Verity's Handle. Its 4-star rate-ups are Dauntless Evernight, Variation and Endless Collapse.

Both stay live through Phase 2, so nothing about the July 30 rotation cut them off.

Astrite for a Suisui pity run comes from the six events that pay it, with Lollo Campaign: New Journey adding a Lustrous Tide on top from August 8.

The three 3.5 codes are dead

The 3.5 Special Program aired on June 26, 2026 at 19:00 (UTC+8) on YouTube and Twitch, and dropped three codes: MECHANISMCITY, INTOTHEFOG and REUNION, worth 100 Astrite each, 300 in total.

All three expired on June 28, 2026 at 08:59 PT. Anyone searching for working 3.5 codes in August will not find any: livestream codes in Wuthering Waves live for roughly 48 hours. The next batch arrives with the 3.6 Special Program.

Version 3.6 is not dated

Kuro has not announced a date. On the 40-day cadence that produced 3.5, and with 3.5 closing on August 19, the expected window for 3.6 is on or around August 20, 2026. Treat that as an estimate, not a date.

The Special Program is the checkpoint. The 3.5 broadcast aired 14 days before launch, on June 26 for a July 10 release, so the precedent points at early August for the 3.6 program rather than the week before launch.

Leaks put Qingxiao in 3.6 Phase 1 alongside Denia, and Jingran in Phase 2 alongside Hiyuki and Mornye. That lineup is unconfirmed leak material and Kuro has published none of it.

Three things will tell you where this lands

The date of the 3.6 Special Program. On the 3.5 precedent it falls about 14 days before launch, which puts it in early August, and it carries the official 3.6 date, the banner order and the next three codes.

Whether the Qingxiao and Jingran order survives that broadcast. Until it airs, the lineup is leaked and nothing more.

Whether Kuro repeats the free 10 pulls when the next selector opens. Starpath Reverbs is scoped to 3.5 and closes August 19, and no announcement says the offer returns.

Is Suisui the first Glacio Rectifier healer?

No. Baizhi is a 4-star Glacio Rectifier healer who has been in the game since Version 1.0, and she is a rate-up 4-star on Suisui's own banner. Zhezhi is a 5-star Glacio Rectifier. Suisui is the first limited 5-star Glacio Rectifier built as a healer.

Does Suisui scale off HP or Energy Regen?

What is Suisui's signature weapon?

Firstlight's Herald, a 5-star Rectifier on the Absolute Pulsation weapon convene. Stellar Symphony is the best alternative, with Variation as the 4-star budget option.

Who reruns alongside Suisui?

Which 4-stars are on the Suisui banner?

Baizhi, Mortefi and Lumi, on both Phase 2 character convenes.

Was there maintenance for WuWa 3.5 Phase 2?

No. Phase switches rotate convenes in place. Only full version updates require downtime, which for 3.5 was about seven hours on July 10.

Are the Starpath and Tideforge Reverbs still available in Phase 2?

Yes. Both selectors run the whole of Version 3.5 through August 19. Starpath Reverbs gives the first 10 pulls free and lets you choose one of Jiyan, Yinlin, Jinhsi, Changli, Zhezhi and Xiangli Yao.

Do the Wuthering Waves 3.5 codes still work?

No. MECHANISMCITY, INTOTHEFOG and REUNION were the three 3.5 livestream codes, 100 Astrite each, and all expired June 28, 2026. The next codes arrive with the 3.6 Special Program.

Is Wuthering Waves on Xbox?

Yes. It launched on Xbox Series X|S on July 10, 2026, alongside Version 3.5, free, on Game Pass.

When does Wuthering Waves 3.6 release?

Not confirmed. Version 3.5 ends August 19, 2026, and the 40-day cadence points at on or around August 20. Wait for the 3.6 Special Program, which on the 3.5 precedent lands about 14 days before launch.
